No cookies, no analytics, no trackers.
This page says what this site collects, in plain language. It is a short list.
Who is responsible
METALINK is the independent practice of Rajesh Kumar. I am the person responsible for this site and for anything you send through it.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- It runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Everything on these pages is served from metalink.us, with one exception: the scheduler described below.
Hosting
The site is a set of static files served by Amazon Web Services (Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3). To deliver a page and to protect the site from abuse, AWS processes the technical data every web request carries: your IP address, the address of the page you asked for, and browser details such as the user agent. I do not use that data to identify, profile or track visitors, and I do not sell it.
If you write to [email protected], I receive your email address and whatever you choose to send, including any questionnaire you attach. I use it to reply and, if an engagement follows, to do that work. The mailbox is hosted on Google Workspace.
Booking a call
Scheduling is provided by Cal.com. The booking page shows Cal.com's scheduler in a frame, so opening that page connects your browser to cal.com. Cal.com then receives the same kind of technical data described under Hosting, may set its own cookies inside the frame, and receives whatever you enter to book: typically your name, your email address and any notes you add.
Cal.com passes the booking on to me so that the call can take place. What Cal.com itself does with your data is covered by the Cal.com privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, send an email instead and I will arrange a time directly.
Links to other sites
Blog posts link to outside references. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which I do not control.
Questions and requests
To ask what I hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected]. How client data is handled during an engagement is on the security and data handling page.
