A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed. You fill in a short intake questionnaire and share the customer questionnaire or contract clause that started this.

A fixed fee, the deliverables, the exclusions, a timeline in milestones, and the terms for handling your data and for any AI tools used on it. Signature and deposit start the work.

Least-privilege, read-only access. Named contacts on both sides and a shared channel.

Work runs in short milestones. Decisions that need you are raised early, not at the end.

You getA status note every week, and drafts to review.

A readout call. Everything moves into your own storage, and my access is removed unless a retainer follows.
